Build in 1922 by Addison Mizner - Mediterranean Style
(Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984)
A 34-room villa converted into six condominium units in 1980’s by Developer Bob Eigelberger. The completed project won the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach’s Ballinger Award for sensitive historic renovation in 1988. The mansion was build for William Gray Warden, whose father founded the Atlantic Refining Company, which joined the Standard Oil Trust in 1874. In January 2006, Denny Johnson Enterprises, d/b/a Denny Johnson Property Management had taken over the Warden House as Licensed Community Association Manager. During the past hurricane seasons of 2004 and 2005, the Warden House had experienced landscaping damage and major repair to its barrel tile roof, which was completed by July of 2006 for $16,000. During 2007 and 2008, the Warden House has budgeted thousands of dollars for concrete restoration on the façade and landscaping projects under the direction of Dennis Johnson, LCAM.
