About Denny

Dennis L Johnson, President of Denny Johnson Enterprises, Inc. excels in coordinating concrete restoration projects for historic buildings and condominiums. Dennis is responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining historic buildings and overseeing other properties as a licensed community association manager in Florida since 1997.

After Hurricane Jeanne struck in 2004, he was project coordinator for 10 condominiums onIbis Isle. As such, he handled and prepared statements of claim in the amount of $677,000 for insurance companies and secondary financial groups. Mr. Johnson previously worked for two major ski resorts in Michigan as general manager during the 60's and 70's.

Mr. Johnson earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Law with a secondary teaching certificate from Ferris State University in 1962. After many management years in the ski resort business, he obtained his realtor associate license in 1986 and sold commercial/industrial real estate in Grand Rapids, Michigan for Westdale Commercial Investment Company and S.J. Wisinski & Company.

In 1996, he moved to West Palm Beach, Florida to pursue property management. He received his LCAM designation in 1997. Between 1997 and 2008, Mr. Johnson has been involved as project coordinator handling over seven major concrete restoration/renovation improvements in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach condominiums/historic buildings exceeding $2,500,000. His current property portfolio includes the Warden House - one of six historic buildings - placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
